因為(虐待格爸(笑))被小伙伴罵了,努力做解釋,順道爬梳我一直以來雖然是自認親媽,下手都很狠的理由。

To let my Ignis actually think about Gladio's personal well being,
I mean, my Gladio loves Ignis too much, he didn't complain about the fact that he's always the second place in Ignis's heart, and he didn't mind being a great helper all the way in their life.
Ignis recognized Gladio's importance but most under the circumstances that there's still work (for Noct's return or the fate of the world)
I hope Ignis can love and appreciate Gladio's presence just for the sake that he is Gladio.
cuz if he doesn't recognize that, Ignis will not be able to stop himself from choosing the wrong path (the turning point of the abyss)
In my opinion, Ignis knows how to take care of people, especially those who depend on him ( I am talking about Noct) and he may think of this is love ( it is, in a way).
But I think it should be different with Gladio.
All his life, Ignis himself worked and lived for others ( I am talking about Noct), and he may even consider himself being "very useful".
But others didn't appreciate Ignis as much as he deserves. (yes I am talking about Noct)
All Gladio wants is the well being of Ignis, and he is willing to do anything and everything to make it happen.
He is giving 200% of his efforts to accomplish that goal (100% for Noct of course, cuz he wants to please Clarus plus he likes the kid).
I wish my Ignis would pay more attention to Gladio, not just him being useful, but to really care for him, to understand why he was willing to sacrifice so much.
All these efforts, are to prepare Ignis to make the right decision when the time comes, when Gladio falls to the abyss, on the alter of Altissia after half a year of the first dawn, could Ignis save him, or to push him straight down.
Ignis is a very stubborn man, perhaps the most stubborn character I ever written.
I tried other ways to turn his attention away from Noct, but didn't work well (Long road towards the light is one of my earlier efforts).
So I have to keep trying, I want to know if Gladio's death would affect him, if so, to what level, what would he do to try to save Gladio, and out of what motivation.
I confess of being a strict author, cuz I wish my characters to love each other equally.
That's the minimum I ask of them.
